Professional Learning Facilitator trainings are for anyone interested in supporting teachers through the NBPTS process. Teachers who have earned their National Board Certification have an advantage in becoming a PLF, but it is not necessary to be an NBCT to be a successful Professional Learning Facilitator. PLF Training covers bias identification, support scenarios, connections to statewide teacher evaluation, expectations of ethical support, and adult learning strategies.
